Emergency Evacuation Maps – Building regulations are becoming tougher and financial penalties are severe for non-compliance. Emergency and Evacuation procedures maps and directional signage are important in all Venue’s.

All buildings should have some form of floor plan evacuation map on each level. These evacuation maps should show the emergency exits, list the assembly area and highlight the safe evacuation routes out of the building.
CADplanners will construct maps with detailed plans, eg evacuation routes shown in green arrows, emergency exit’s labeled, the primary assembly area listed, and any site specific information required.
If your venue does not have CAD file’s or pdf’s of your area, CADplanners will carry out on-site laser drafting and render your Venue to precision.

Outdoor Floor Plans - So you have an outdoor area, this is no problem when creating floor plans and again, precise and to scale. As you can see from the images on this page, these are taken from Visio and yes it’s the same principle. You simply drag and drop your items from the stencil onto the plan.
Many venues have outdoor areas and in many cases they will use marquees for outdoor functions. Drag the marquee shape onto the plan, and then if you want to setup the floor plan with tables, chairs, dance floors etc you simply drag these items onto the plan too allowing you to create a precise floor plan.
