Layers

Lighting trusses, load bearing points, AV and power outlets, fire extinguishers and hose reels, etc, can also be included and placed on a layer.

These layers can be turned on or off depending on the details required to be shown on your plan. Layers can also be colour coded. This makes it easy to identify the various layers/components on the plan.
For example, you have just finished creating your floor plan showing your table layout, stage, dance floor, bar area, servery etc. You also need to show the location of the rigging points in the roof for your AV contractors; however your client does not need to see this detail.

By just a few clicks in the layers window, you can show/hide this layer depending on who needs to see this detail.
