Max Capacity and Rapid Plans

Services used that can again complement the clients Visio floor plan system or be used separately.

Max Capacity Plans – Using CADplanners Event management expertise, CADplanners create max capacity plans for styles including dinner dance, cabaret, theatre, classroom, cocktail etc. To ensure the accuracy of these plans, we obtain from the venue/client their actual furniture specs to be used with these plans. The plans also take into consideration waiter access, no-build zones, access to fire exits etc (where applicable). These plans are created in Visio which allows us then to email these files to existing Visio clients for them to use with their Visio system. If a client does not have Visio, they will be emailed to the client as PDF files to be used as required.

Rapid Plans - This service is offered as a rapid response for Venue Managers & Function Organisers requiring a ‘one-off’ function or event plan. Plans are customised to the client’s requirements and are generally emailed back to the client as a PDF file within 1-2 business days from receiving the client’s request.
To use this service, a client would usually email or ring us requesting a ‘shell’ (blank) plan of a particular venue. This shell plan is emailed to the client in PDF. When the client receives the shell plan, they then sketch their requirement and email/fax back to us. CADplanners then ‘CAD up’ the plan from the sketch and email this back to the client. We can include the client’s logo and any other detail on the plan if requested.
