We would obtain the original architectural plans, pdf's or CAD drawings of your venue. We use designated CAD software to separate areas from the original CAD file, we also obtain all the specific furniture specs for your venue e.g tables, chairs, stages, dance floors, lighting trusses, lecturns, projectors etc and create exact scaled furniture items.
Once we have developed the files in CADsoftware we then re-create into Microsoft Visio with dynamics for the template & furniture shapes and send you these completed templates.
The result enables you and your staff to open your template along with the furniture shapes and simply drag and drop your furniture items onto the customized plan of your venue.
