in-house ‘to scale’ floor plan layouts.
They must have the ability to create their own dinner dance, theatre, classroom etc style layouts without the steep learning curve associated with dedicated CAD software….and they need to be able to create these plans fast.

Solution:
In brief, our company setup in-house floor plans systems for venues around Australia and overseas using Microsoft Visio. After 30 minutes training, our clients are creating their own dinner dance, theatre, classroom, cocktail (etc) style venue plan layouts from their PC’s in minutes.

We customise the Microsoft Visio software to suit the Venue which enables the user to generate floor plans easily from their PC. We have proven accurate floor plans save labour when setting up a function so much so Microsoft carried out a case study on CADplanners and Stadium Australia during the Sydney Olympic Games.

Our clients have also found having a professional floor plan to present to a prospective client has assisted in them winning that job.
